This stack of straw was on the side of the road leading down from Silver Falls to Sublimity.
Imagine if it was arranged in a circle 4 -5 layers tall. I just love this picture.

Dream of an Obsidian Mountain

I was visiting an old woman . She shows me about Salmon Medicine, passing out the salmon to all of the people.

I am on a giant lifeguard chair above a dark chasm of the lake/water near this mountain.

I get panicky and the chair tilts forward landing me face down in the water, chair and all.

I come back over and over for teachings from this woman. It is always dark outside in my dreams.

The greatness of a community is most accurately

measured by the compassionate actions of its members,

a heart of grace, and a soul generated by love.
