It's coming up on the 30th anniversary of my survival from an Ovarian Cancer diagnosis.  I survived because I decided to forego traditional chemo and radiation, instead opting to use herbal plant based medicine as well as incredible support from many many Herbalists as well as healers in both Sonoma Co and via the Charlotte Maxwell clinic in Oakland, California 
 This photo was taken by yet another supportive friend, Cindy Clare ,who took this shot of me standing on Coleman Valley Road on the Sonoma Coast.  I am forever Grateful.

Rubbings " in my many art programs as an
Environmental Education Teacher/ Naturalist...
I still love doing them myself  

I just need a little TEMPORARY help ...and more glimpses into my world
