Back in the Kayak Again......
I have had several people promise to take me kayaking here in Florida over the past few years, but only one person has actually followed through!!!! I will forever be grateful for my new friend Andy for taking me out in Inverness last week. I have river and sea kayaked in many places that I have lived and worked as an Environmental Educator/Naturalist
but I have been without a boat or access to one for a while now.
I LOVE both the freedom of a kayak and being down so close to water level and since my last time was on a raging river in Cali, I was a little nervous. But it all comes back. Thanks again my friend! May a kayak (or the money to buy one) soon come my way. I belong on the water...and here where we live, it is everywhere!
